So little time, so much naval fuzz

Yesterday is History, Tomorrow is Mystery, but Today is a gift...That's why they call it "Present".

HEllo all. Brief is very much descriptive of what I am doing with this entry. I have been gone from the world and not much wanting to draw or paint or shave. I guess I'm in a little funk right now but it will go away I'm sure. As for now Happy New Year to all and I will get on every now and then, but I am on sabatical from art and other things.

I'm sure we will talk soon.

The pictures and messages were great to hear fro everyone.

Things are moving, and that is alll I can really say. I have been in a funk for a while now and art is really a lower list thing. I refuse to pick up a pencil right now, becasue I hate making ugly art, and that is about all I think of right now. I have kept peeking in on DA and everyone has been fantastic in support of me NOT drawing. That means a lot right now, because I have a number of people who will not stop trying to push me to do work, and I want to, but it has to be my own time. I have become a robot with artwork over the last year, adn that frightens me, because it's hard to find the passion to do anything with that creativity that isn't there.

ok first of all your art is not ugly.every body thinks their art looks like crap every once and a while,because no matter how good you're going to get there are always going to be lots and lots of people out their that have more beautiful art than you'll ever make.I think thats something every artist have to accept.
but it's an other thing when darwing feels more like a chore than something fun to do.in that case I think you should have a break until you're inspired enough to make something amazing and remember why you love to art in the first place.
the bottom line is that every artist is going to go through lack of motivation every once and a while, but they will eventually get over it, and you will too, so dont give up bacause you are an amazing artist ;)
